Well, I think I finally figure out the webslice thing. If you're using IE 8, you should be able to use this. I'll try to keep the information as current as possible (no promises).
 

The campaign was updated: October 15 2009 22:55:45.
The campaign's file size: 16.21 MB

Automatic Install: unzip .vpk file and double click to launch.

Manual Install: unzip .vpk file and copy to Left 4 Dead 'addons' folder.

Verification: In "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead\left4dead\addons\"
There should be an "reform.vpk" when you're done.

Have Fun: Now just join Null Set and connect to Group Server CUSTOM (64.62.134.200:27022)
